FAQ

I’m interested in your work. Where can I find your pricing?
Please get in touch with us to discuss your requirements & inspiration and we will be happy to share our costs as well as our availability.

I’m ready to commit. What do I need to start the process?
Once you have reviewed your quote and are ready to move forward, we will send you an invoice for the deposit fee to book you into our production calendar.
Upon paying your deposit we will send you a timeline overview and schedule a zoom meeting to go through your inspiration in detail and come up with a design concept!

How does pricing work?
Before we start working together we will provide you with a custom quote that lists all the costs involved in creating your stationery / artwork.
Fees are generally divided into two parts:

1) the illustration and design fee which covers the hand-painted elements and design work - this fee stays fixed unless the intricacy of the design is changed.
2) the printing and production costs - this fee stays fixed unless the quantities, printing methods or paper choices get adjusted.

What is your typical turnaround time?
Our turnaround time greatly depends on availability in our production schedule. Our books often fill 6+ months in advance
so please contact us with your request as soon as you are able to.

Once you are booked in you will receive a detailed timeline overview which states when you can expect to see first sketches etc.

Hoy many rounds of revisions are included?
Two rounds of edits are included in the cost. Any additional revisions would be charged for with £75 per round. However 1-2 rounds usually get it perfect.

What kind of paper and printing methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of lightly textured and smooth paper stock as well different printing techniques including digital print, letterpress, foil blocking and embossing.

Can I print the stationery myself?
We don’t offer digital files for self-printing as print is such an important part of creating high quality stationery.
You are however welcome to receive the high-res files of your crest/monogram for future use and are welcome to use custom designs
from your suite for your wedding website after print.

Do you offer addressing and assembling?
We offer both digital print as well as hand-written Calligraphy in a range of scripts to address your envelopes.
Your invitations will be shipped to you pre-assembled for you to seal, stamp and mail to your guests.

Who owns the artwork?
Jasmin Ryan retains copyright of all of her artwork.
